Step 1:

Step 2:
You are prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in.
Step 3:
With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
Step 4:
You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.

For immediate help we are often able to connect remotely.  With this mode of support, our technicians are able to view your Windows/MAC Desktop in “real-time”. Using this web based software, we can resolve your issues quickly and profficiently.  The system is secure and you are in control at all times.  You can chat with the technician on the phone or online during the session, see what is being done (a great learning experience!),  and terminate the session at your leisure.

While a helpful LARA-TECH technician is always available to visit your site in person, a remote support session is often all that is needed to remedy the situation.
